As our offerings are digital in nature (Software, Web Development, App Development, and Hosting), we do not ship physical products to your address. This policy outlines how our services are delivered to you.
1 Nature of Services
We provide services under Class 42 (Computer & Software Services). All "shipments" refer to the electronic delivery of software code, credentials, or digital assets.
2 Delivery Methods
Depending on the service purchased, delivery is executed via the following methods:
Web Hosting & Licenses
Access credentials (username, password, and server details) are delivered to your registered email address.
Web & App Development
- Milestone Delivery: Intermediate updates via staging server links or APK/IPA files.
- Final Delivery: Source code via secure file transfer, Git repository, or direct server deployment.
Design Services
Final design files (logos, UI/UX) are sent via email or cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive/Dropbox).
3 Delivery Timelines
Instant Services (Hosting/Domains)
Service activation emails are typically sent within 24 to 48 hours of successful payment confirmation via PhonePe.
Custom Development Projects
Timelines are governed by the specific Project Proposal signed at the start of the engagement. We adhere to the agreed-upon schedule for each milestone.
Delays & Compensation
We value your time. Under our "Free Service on Delay" guarantee, if Republic Wing misses a mutually agreed final delivery deadline solely due to our internal delays, we will provide compensation in the form of extended support or service credits.
4 Shipping Charges
Zero Shipping Charges
Since our products are digital, there are no hidden delivery fees.
5 Order Tracking
- Custom Projects: Track progress through our project management tools or via regular email updates.
- Hosting: Status updated in your client dashboard immediately upon payment success.
6 International & Domestic Service
We are based in West Bengal, India, but our digital services are available to clients globally. Delivery timelines remain the same regardless of the client's geographical location.
