Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Republic Wing, we are committed to delivering "Domination-ready" technology solutions. As we operate on a transparent "Milestone-wise Payment" structure, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both our clients and our development team.


1 Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation by the Client

Before Project Initiation

If you wish to cancel a service or project before the official commencement of work (and before the first milestone has started), you are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount or advance paid.

During the Project

Since our work is paid for in milestones (e.g., UI Design, Beta Version, Final Release):

  • You may cancel the project at any stage by notifying us in writing at [email protected].
  • No refunds will be issued for milestones that have already been completed and approved by you.
  • If you cancel while a milestone is in progress, you will be billed on a pro-rata basis for the work hours consumed up to that point. Any excess advance paid will be refunded.

B. Cancellation by Republic Wing

We reserve the right to cancel a service or suspend your account if we detect a violation of our Terms & Conditions, abusive behavior, or involvement in illegal activities using our servers/software.

In such cases, refunds will be calculated based on the unutilized portion of the service (e.g., remaining months of hosting).


2 Refund Policy

A. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Failure If we fail to deliver the scope of work defined in the Project Proposal.
  • Technical Defects If the delivered software/app has critical defects that render it unusable, and we fail to rectify them within the support period.
  • Double Payment If you accidentally paid twice for the same invoice via PhonePe.

B. "Free Service on Delay" Guarantee

As part of "The Republic Advantage," we value your time.

If we miss a mutually agreed project deadline solely due to our internal delays, we may offer Free Service credits, extended support, or hosting extensions as compensation in lieu of a cash refund, subject to mutual agreement.

C. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds initiated within 5-7 business days of approval.
  • Credited back to the original source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) via PhonePe.
  • Banks may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect the amount.

3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable once purchased:

  • Domain Name Registrations (paid to third-party registrars).
  • Third-party software licenses or plugins purchased specifically for your project.
  • Completed milestones that were previously approved by the client.
